I try and reach for the stars, I am pulled down everytime.

The tiny unit that i am, with a threshold of pain far exceeding my size.
The pain becomes unbearable at times,I cry and i fall, after all i'm only speck.

There's always a battle raging , outside and inside.
I lose more than I win , after all I'm only a speck.
I've been promised a future, I've been promised friendship
I've been let down time and again, after all I'm only a speck.
I will reach the stars,I will bear the pain ,I will win the war
